Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Card Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage external partnerships, ensuring optimal performance and addressing escalations
• Lead quarterly business reviews with external partners to align on strategic objectives
• Develop and maintain reports on key performance metrics and vendor performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Operations, Vendor Management, and Vendor Invoicing experience
• Experience with debit, prepaid, and credit card products required
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and report-building tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos)
• Customer-centric mentality with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
