Key Responsibilities:
- Contact providers and clinical staff to explain programs and request information
- Develop and manage relationships with providers to enhance program participation
- Perform research to locate providers and conduct follow-up communications
Required Qualifications:

- Experience in an office, administrative, clerical, or customer service environment
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain a dedicated work area for information privacy
- Capability to secure sensitive company documents
