A company is looking for a Part Time Admin Support and Operations.

  • Support the Operations team in coordinating the implementation of the tuition management system
  • Assist the Teacher Development team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents
  • Maintain accurate data entry and document organisation while streamlining internal workflows
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Ongoing students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Accountable and responsible team player who takes initiative and can work with minimal supervision
