Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities related to the Secondary Marketing process including investor exception requests and loan boarding
• Conduct quality control reviews and respond to due diligence inquiries
• Ensure internal systems are accurate and assist with documentation retrieval and post-closing support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience (2 years in mortgage processing, underwriting, or quality control)
• Recent experience in loan-level processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing in residential and commercial mortgage origination
• Familiarity with Encompass software and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work with multiple departments
• Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills
