Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, focusing on licensing and compliance
• Oversee renewals, regulatory filings, and daily client operations
• Support sales and marketing efforts with lead tracking and content coordination

Required Qualifications

• An active insurance license in life, health, and property & casualty or commitment to obtain within six months
• 5+ years of experience in insurance licensing, operations, or compliance
• Proficiency with NIPR and state Department of Insurance platforms
• Familiarity with RESPA regulations and knowledge of the mortgage industry preferred
• Extreme attention to detail
