Key Responsibilities
- Support the scheduling, staffing, and completion of professional learning services in assigned territories
- Maintain accurate records in the scheduling tool and lead preparation activities for service sessions
- Confirm session details with customers and ensure timely completion of preparation and close-out activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating professional learning or other services
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Proactive communicator with strong customer-centric orientation
- Team player committed to excellence and integrity
