Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of Network Development and Provider Business Solutions programs
• Direct activities related to provider network research, policy development, and expansion
• Monitor performance of direct reports and manage the hiring process for the unit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience
• Five years of project management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of provider contracting and relations
• Minimum of 2 additional years of experience related to the functional area
