Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Engineer who will bridge the gap between internal systems and customers while focusing on automation and scaling internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools and workflows to support various teams
• Troubleshoot internal product issues and improve tooling in collaboration with Customer Success
• Develop automations to streamline operations and enhance platform efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in engineering or technical operations, preferably in SaaS
• Strong backend, cloud (AWS/GCP), and automation skills (Python, Bash, Go)
• Experience with CI/CD, infra-as-code, and internal tools (Retool, Zapier)
• Familiarity with platform concepts like observability and release tooling
• Knowledge of modern web technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
