A company is looking for a Client Operations Sr. Manager to oversee and enhance daily operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily client operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Enhance and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process improvement plans
- Oversee onboarding of new clients and manage fraud prevention and compliance processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in payments, treasury, or AP/AR fintech
- Deep understanding of B2B payments and money movement workflows
- Proven experience optimizing operational workflows through SOP creation and automation
- Experience managing client onboarding and implementation programs in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with fund reconciliation processes and financial risk mitigation
