Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Sr. Manager to oversee and enhance daily operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily client operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Enhance and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process improvement plans
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients and manage fraud prevention and compliance processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in payments, treasury, or AP/AR fintech
  • Deep understanding of B2B payments and money movement workflows
  • Proven experience optimizing operational workflows through SOP creation and automation
  • Experience managing client onboarding and implementation programs in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with fund reconciliation processes and financial risk mitigation
