Key Responsibilities
- Support Supervisors and assist Customer Service Representatives with daily operations and escalated calls
- Maintain and schedule loads for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate data entry for payments and invoicing
- Generate reports to identify performance improvement opportunities and track important deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant work experience
- One year of relevant work experience in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
- Previous experience in export coordination and shipping containers
- Analytical and logistics skills required
