Due Diligence Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Due Diligence Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of third-party due diligence loan reviews and post-close quality control reviews
• Support and manage a remote team of Credit and Compliance reviewers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Monitor process workflows and team performance to ensure client SLAs are met or exceeded

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Mortgage Banking preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of mortgage industry experience, with a strong preference in due diligence
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Strong underwriting knowledge and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing remote teams and utilizing technology for communication
