Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify and execute strategic initiatives
- Manage project communications and ensure alignment among cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze data to measure success and improve sales productivity and performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting
- Strong project/program management experience with the ability to run complex projects independently
- Analytical skills with experience in Excel/Gsheets and Business Intelligence tools
- Ability to build financial and capacity models
- Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
