Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist to oversee project management and support operations within the Energy Solutions division.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure sales contracts are complete and accurate before issuing to operations personnel
• Manage paperwork deficiencies and resolve stipulations related to solar contracts
• Issue and approve work orders and invoices to third party vendors based on quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5+ years of operations management and analytics experience, including 1 year in the solar industry
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using Salesforce and CRM systems
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
