Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for boarding and funding consumer loans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee pipeline management and complete core boarding functions to prevent backlogs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies before loan boarding

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of loan operations experience with a financial institution
• At least 5 years of experience in a management role within a financial institution or loan environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience using MS Office
• Excellent working knowledge of mortgage operations
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team
