Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field; JD degree preferred
- 15 years of claims adjusting experience focused on litigated files, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of claims law, legal procedures, and litigation claims handling best practices
- Experience managing a team and driving performance in a remote environment preferred
- Proficiency in legal research and contract interpretation, with an understanding of Risk Transfer
