Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Contract Manager to oversee contract management and ensure compliance with internal and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure contract performance and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to analyze performance and implement strategic initiatives
- Lead process improvement projects and manage the daily activities of the team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
