Senior Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Operations Associate who will drive cross-departmental collaboration and manage reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate advisors on performance methodologies and assist with custom reporting
• Provide internal support for time-sensitive inquiries and assist with operational projects
• Maintain operational data and troubleshoot reporting issues to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School degree required; post high school degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in financial services operations preferred
• Knowledge of performance reporting methods and data integrity
• Experience with portfolio accounting/management and CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
