Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Pipeline Manager to oversee the processing workflow from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee loans in the under contract stage, managing timelines and ensuring files stay on track
• Identify and resolve issues that may delay closings
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and internal teams to address concerns and keep all parties informed

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in mortgage processing or operations management is required
• Strong understanding of loan structuring and underwriting guidelines
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with tight deadlines
• Broker channel experience is preferred
• NMLS license is a plus
