A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst who will implement, analyze, and support quality initiatives within health plan areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements and scope projects
- Conduct testing and ensure successful implementation of business solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise in operational areas such as claims processing and member enrollment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Extensive experience working with EDI 834 files and eligibility data
- Prior experience in operations, IT, or reporting
- Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
