Senior Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst who will implement, analyze, and support quality initiatives within health plan areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements and scope projects
• Conduct testing and ensure successful implementation of business solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise in operational areas such as claims processing and member enrollment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Extensive experience working with EDI 834 files and eligibility data
• Prior experience in operations, IT, or reporting
• Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
