A company is looking for a Manager, Pediatric Burn Service Line Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and oversee the Burn Service Line, ensuring strategic growth and accreditation readiness
- Develop business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts to support program expansion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on program execution and design monitoring frameworks for various performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program development, clinical operations, or service line leadership within a health system
- In-depth understanding of ABA verification criteria and burn clinical protocols
- Experience in financial planning, budget oversight, and performance management
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field
- Strong leadership, team development, project management, and change management capabilities
