A company is looking for an Associate Director COBRA and Direct Billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute operational plans for COBRA, Retiree, and Direct Billing services
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures while implementing process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Subject matter expert on the WEX Platform
- 2+ years of experience managing teams in a client service/support role
- Experience in the benefits administration industry
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic functionality)
- Strong project management experience with practical experience managing KPIs and metrics
