Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations - Roadside Assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the business unit's success
• Develop and execute strategy and tactics for all aspects of the client's fleet program
• Lead the team of supervisors and drivers, managing scheduling, dispatching, and service levels

Required Qualifications

• Strong previous experience in autonomous vehicles required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in end-to-end fleet operations
• 5 years of experience in extensive leadership and coaching
• Operational and technical expertise in fleet and asset management
