State Licensed Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Prior Authorization Operations to lead and oversee Prior Authorization processes across various lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Prior Authorization and Clinical Care leadership
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant prior authorization processes
• Generate and present reports on operational performance and process improvements to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license required
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• 6+ years of experience in Prior Authorization or Utilization Management
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a complex environment
• Experience overseeing multiple lines of business, including Commercial and Medicare
