Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee general Studio Facilities Operations and contracted personnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth operations of the studios
- Act as a liaison for facilities vendors and maintain effective communication regarding operations and service requests
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing facilities coordinator position
- Strong financial and contract management skills
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems and property management practices
- Experience managing vendors and adhering to budgets
- Ability to lead and develop a geographically distributed team
