Job Summary
A company is looking for a Capability Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 support on cases and resolve them after thorough investigation
- Identify trends and root causes of recurring issues to recommend and implement long-term solutions
- Research, develop, and modify procedures to improve client resolutions by assisting in the creation or updating of SOPs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Operations and enablement, issue management, and card strategy
- 3+ years of experience in resolving cases while keeping stakeholders informed
- 3+ years of experience driving CRM migrations with minimal disruption
- 3+ years of experience influencing cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization
- 3+ years of experience responding quickly to escalations and leadership follow-ups
