Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Estimator (Residential Renovations) to join their Operations team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review construction documents to ensure project scope, budget, and timeline are comprehensive and reasonable
• Verify that project scope matches proposed costs and identify any missing items or underestimated costs
• Compile feasibility reports assessing project viability within budget and timeline, and outline any concerns or adjustments needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating or a closely related role for residential projects
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and detailed estimates
• Deep understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Experience with industry-standard construction estimating software and proficiency in Excel
