A company is looking for an Administrative Analyst for the Appeals & Grievances department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to the Appeals department and maintains calendars
- Prepares and formats documents, maintains databases, and sends reports to management
- Conducts research, compiles data, and assists in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required if no degree
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
