A company is looking for a Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site strategy development and alignment across multiple locations to ensure leadership in CQV services
• Drive business growth and client acquisition through strategic planning and market engagement
• Mentor and develop talent across multiple sites to enhance team performance and leadership readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (and/or Masters) in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 10-12 years of experience in advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors
• 10-12 years of experience managing high-performing teams
• 8 years of business development or sales experience
• Full COVID-19 vaccination required prior to start date
