Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Process Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a process excellence strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Oversee a team of business analysts to implement continuous improvement solutions and knowledge management practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Experience with BPM tools and process mining technologies
