Job Summary
A company is looking for a TOC Operational Analyst - Client Facing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned client accounts and participate in client meetings to discuss operational performance
- Proactively monitor automations and applications to detect failures and ensure timely triage of client-impacting issues
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational disruptions and collaborate with teams to implement durable fixes
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in operations analysis, business analytics, or IT support
- Strong SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI and Grafana preferred
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments with high data volumes
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain composure in client-facing situations
- Willingness to support after-hours incident response when needed
