Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, organizing, leading, and controlling functions of Title Express Operations
- Manage team performance, set goals, and ensure compliance with departmental guidelines
- Maintain organized records and facilitate communication with lienholders and remote team members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle title processing and state requirements
- Experience managing fully remote and/or hybrid teams
- Proficiency in standard computer applications including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
