A company is looking for a Closing and Post Closing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate closing document packages in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Schedule and confirm signing appointments with title companies and customers, ensuring timely execution
- Review files for completeness and compliance, and approve the release of funds after verifying executed documents
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage loan operations, particularly in closing, funding, or post-closing
- Knowledge of mortgage loan documents and ability to interpret closing instructions and title documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial and legal documents
- PC skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft environment
