Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational functions including Work Intake, Metrics and Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Training, and Automation
- Lead the metrics team to develop key performance indicators and service level agreements for GBS operations
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in operations management within a Global Business Services or shared services environment
- Expertise in automation initiatives, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to executive audiences
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic environment
