Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions including Work Intake, Metrics and Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Training, and Automation
• Lead the metrics team to develop key performance indicators and service level agreements for GBS operations
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in operations management within a Global Business Services or shared services environment
• Expertise in automation initiatives, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to executive audiences
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic environment
