Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, shaping and executing the company's operational strategy
• Design and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency and performance
• Build and lead the Process Excellence team while promoting cross-functional alignment for high-quality care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business architecture, product management, or related roles
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and products
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and staff development
• Expert in advising and presenting to senior leadership
