Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the transaction enrollments program
• Interface with customers, intermediary clearinghouses, and payers to get enrollments approved and improve systems
• Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and troubleshoot enrollment issues

• Experience in building operational processes and programs
• Experience in client-facing roles such as consulting, support, or program management
