Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team and train internal Vendor Managers on vendor management processes
• Conduct regular vendor service reviews and maintain vendor scorecards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address vendor-related issues and support program enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in vendor management -OR- 10 years of Bank/Fintech experience related to vendor management
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
• Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and provide data-driven recommendations
• Experience in strategic analysis and stakeholder empathy
