Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead operations in Manila, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shift Managers to ensure high-quality, on-time reports and data products
• Serve as the liaison with vendor partners for operational support and advocate for employee experience
• Track operational KPIs and lead incident response efforts to ensure quick resolution and improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people leadership, preferably in BPO or production operations
• Proven experience managing multi-shift teams across multiple locations
• Strong background in SLA management, workforce scheduling, and operational performance reporting
• Experience in vendor coordination and escalation handling
• Track record of achieving results under pressure with urgency and accountability
