A company is looking for a Provider Onboarding Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with credentialing and provider acquisition to efficiently onboard providers
• Partner with the Senior Manager to pilot performance improvement projects
• Communicate with providers via calls, texts, and emails to encourage activation and growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in an operations role in a technology or healthcare environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Data-driven with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
• Experience working in Google Sheets and customer service tools
