Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage cross-functional initiatives impacting revenue operations KPIs
• Develop a comprehensive playbook for revenue operations across the product portfolio
• Monitor enrollment and revenue fluctuations, collaborating with finance on forecasting

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in project management or customer success, preferably in health tech or consulting
• Bachelor's Degree at minimum
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape and relevant legislation
• Strong comfort with operational data and analytics for decision making
• Experience with implementation of health programs
