Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Surplus Lines reporting and tax payments across multiple jurisdictions
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
