A company is looking for a Filing Services Team Lead to oversee project execution, state reporting, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new team members and develop training materials and standard operating procedures
• Research compliance requirements for various states and maintain professional relationships with clients

Requirements and Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Surplus Lines reporting and tax payments across multiple jurisdictions
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
