Field Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Operations Lead to plan and execute field activities for mineral exploration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with field personnel and contractors, ensuring effective communication with project teams
• Execute and maintain tracking systems for health & safety incidents, providing periodic reports
• Identify and manage field service contractors, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in field operations within mineral exploration, mining, or related industries
• Demonstrated commitment to health & safety standards in the workplace
• Ability to work independently in remote and isolated locations for extended periods
• Familiarity with project management principles and remote project management
• Valid First Aid Certification (Level 3 or Wilderness First Aid preferred)
