Job Summary

A company is looking for a DOT Compliance Administrator to manage DOT-related driver compliance efforts and assist with fleet-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and monitor the company's Preferred Drivers Program and coordinate mandatory drug testing
  • Assist the Fleet Supervisor with the management of heavy-duty DOT vehicles and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Generate DOT-compliance-related reports and assist with the documentation of fleet vehicle accidents
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a fleet, equipment, or related coordination role
  • Basic understanding of DOT regulations and their applications is an asset
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol requirements
  • Experience with reporting and tracking using Excel is an asset
