Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Technology Specialist to support its affordable housing portfolio through property management software assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Property Management Software tickets, ensuring appropriate prioritization and assignment
• Facilitate training for new and existing employees on software usage and best practices
• Provide comprehensive support for RealPage products and collaborate with vendors to address system-wide issues

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in OneSite RealPage, helpdesk support, or IT systems administration
• Knowledge of RealPage OneSite or similar property management systems
• Understanding of affordable housing program compliance is a plus
• Proven ability to collaborate with vendor representatives in a team environment
• Demonstrated accountability and reliability in project ownership and outcomes
