Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trade Operations Specialist who will implement patient cost benefit program business rules and coordinate with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review request inputs/requirements for accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with pharmacy claims processing partners to implement and oversee copay and voucher programs
- Serve as a liaison for account, operational, and technical teams for assigned services
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of service-related experience in operations, customer service, or product development
- Comfortable working in multiple technology systems/platforms
- Experience supporting and liaising between client-facing teams and operational delivery teams
- Understanding of relational databases and structures; SQL experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis
