Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Operations Specialist who will implement patient cost benefit program business rules and coordinate with various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review request inputs/requirements for accuracy and completeness
  • Work closely with pharmacy claims processing partners to implement and oversee copay and voucher programs
  • Serve as a liaison for account, operational, and technical teams for assigned services
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of service-related experience in operations, customer service, or product development
  • Comfortable working in multiple technology systems/platforms
  • Experience supporting and liaising between client-facing teams and operational delivery teams
  • Understanding of relational databases and structures; SQL experience is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis
