Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planner who will develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize resource allocation for client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain revenue pipeline predictions and resource allocation strategies
• Manage resource needs, assignments, and vendor relationships for contractors
• Analyze forecast data and propose solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Master's degree or PhD in demand planning, project management, or a related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in demand planning, project management, or resource allocation
• Experience with statistical models and analytics
• Comprehensive knowledge of operations and forecasting technology
