Key Responsibilities
- Extract, compile, and analyze statistical data to create and maintain various reports for management
- Create and maintain databases and forms to track assigned reports efficiently
- Handle sensitive legal matters and communicate effectively with agents and executives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel, with advanced skills in Excel and Access
- Minimum typing requirement of 40 wpm
- One year of experience in Agency Administration, Agent Licensing, or Agency Accounting is preferred
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and adapt to changing priorities
