Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Admin Business Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract, compile, and analyze statistical data to create and maintain various reports for management
  • Create and maintain databases and forms to track assigned reports efficiently
  • Handle sensitive legal matters and communicate effectively with agents and executives


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel, with advanced skills in Excel and Access
  • Minimum typing requirement of 40 wpm
  • One year of experience in Agency Administration, Agent Licensing, or Agency Accounting is preferred
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and adapt to changing priorities
