A company is looking for an Enrollment Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Enrollment Department, managing enrollment and credentialing processes for health plans
- Develop and manage processes for maintaining provider files while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with various teams to minimize delays in claims submission and manage enrollment-related issues
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 years of management experience in credentialing and enrollment for managed care and governmental plans
- 3 years of revenue cycle experience required; CPCS certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of enrollment and credentialing compliance and regulations
- Ability to stay updated on industry changes in healthcare enrollment and credentialing
