Manager of Rebates and Interconnection

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Rebates and Interconnection to oversee interconnection and rebate functions within the Home Energy System division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage utility applications, rebate reservations, and SREC/VPP enrollment processes
• Conduct business reviews with vendors and negotiate pricing and contracts
• Build and lead a team of rebates/interconnection specialists, ensuring efficient processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in solar system design and engineering
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Proven solar sales skills and results
• Experience in team development and people management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on process-driven solutions
