A company is looking for an Operations Training Partner to lead training and coaching initiatives within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees execution of Team Member and Manager training within the territory
- Facilitates training for new Shack openings and provides feedback on training materials
- Partners with Area Directors on action planning and develops trainers for growth
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or related work experience
- 3-5 years of work experience in a hospitality environment
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- 1+ years of experience facilitating training in a multi-unit hospitality setting
- 2+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry
