Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance revenue and sales productivity
- Champion complex cross-functional projects, ensuring quality deliverables and measuring results
- Design and manage key performance indicators and build reports in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations
- Expertise in Salesforce, including process and dashboard design
- Post-secondary education in computer science, business administration, or a relevant discipline
- Experience in high-velocity, B2B SaaS sales and/or revenue operations is a plus
- Understanding of revenue metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success is desirable
